Schwarzman Building is the research heart of the New York Public Library, with the vast Rose Main Reading Room under painted skies, the Gottesman exhibition hall and rotating displays drawn from the collection, which includes a Gutenberg Bible and Jefferson's handwritten Declaration of Independence. Free guided tours run daily.
