About Gondola Rides at The Venetian
The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas offers gondola rides on a canal, replicating a notable feature of Venice. This resort is known for its Venetian theme, featuring architectural designs and elements inspired by the Italian city. The resort itself is a significant property on the Las Vegas Strip, built on the former site of the Sands Hotel and Casino and opening in 1999. It was designed to accommodate convention-goers and includes amenities like the Grand Canal Shoppes. Today, The Venetian is operated by Apollo Global Management, with its operations acquired in 2022. The property also features the Sphere, a sphere-shaped venue and arena that opened in 2023.
